My book has finally arrived! I've been pining to read this books for months every since I laid my eyes on it in Borders one fateful day. The title of the book is called I Capture The Castle by Dodie Smith. I first found out about this book from a Jean Ure book that I read in my teens, and since I'm a sucker for classics I naturally had to get this book.
My copy is the movie tie-in edition of the book and I think it looks absolutely beautiful. Can't wait to start reading it and watch the movie right after that!
