The resort was huge, and you had to travel from one place to another by the buggy/golf cart provided by the hotel. Check out the numbers of cars parked above, and that's only 1 small part of the resort! Everywhere was crazy packed.
There was alot to do at the clubhouse, you can play ping pong, rent bikes, play arcade games, paintball, work out in the gym and even play PS2 here wtf. The only downside was that you needed to pay a bomb for everything, even if you're a staying hotel guest. So naturally, we did none of those lol *cheapo
The first place me and my sister went once we arrived was to the beach for some sea breeze. Unfortunately it was damn crowded and one area was under construction WTF. So all we managed to do was take off our shoes and stand in the water as the waves came crashing.

The beach was quite clean, and it's always nice to be near the sea. The only bad thing is that there were so many people around there's barely even a free spot for you to properly hang out. Also, the water looked more of a cloudy blue instead of clear blue. Other than than, no complains =D
Anyway it was raining most of the time in the day so there weren't much that we could do except stay in the room and watch HBO. We only came out of the room when it was makan time hahahah. We spent the evening at the beach and at nigh we just watched people playing toys at the field in front of the clubhouse
Chilli crab, best meal we had in Desaru at a fishing village nearby. I don't eat crab, but I enjoyed dipping fried mantau into the awesome sauce (geddit?!!).
All in all it was a good getaway for the family, we had fun and it's always relaxing to be at the beach. Best thing was I finally got to meet up with my #SS Lauren when we dropped by JB! Can't wait for our next meeting, it's been too long!
