Sushi Making

To make Chef Chan style at home, you will need:

 1 pot of Japanese rice,

Sushi seasoning or Japanese vinegar

Japanese cucumber, cut into sticks

Japanese mayo, Inari skin, fish roe, pickled ginger, seasoned tako (octopus) and Japanese kelp

avocado, optional.

I know I have not been updating often, and I have so many backdated entries to blog about! Been super busy doing... nothing productive. Since it's the semester break, I'm gonna double the effort to blog, and then only start working on my assignment wtf.
