Brave New World

I guess it's not secret now that I am now a blogshop owner (for the second time round yay!). But this time instead of selling my second-hand clothing, I am selling new stuff that I picked out myself! Yayy for shopping without the guilt! Lol.

Anyway, my store's name is called Chic Chick, and the reason I chose it was simply because I wanted the initials to be the same as mine WTF. And well, I think it has a ring to it, doesn't it? So anyway Chic Chick it is! Hehe.

My store is only updated with 2 collections thus far, but it has all the pieces that I would so totally love to wear! So I can say it has quite a bit of me in it, so if you wanna be like me then buy my clothes! Perasan+shameless advertising wtf.

Anyway business has been good so far, considering that I am still new, and I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my friends and family who have supported me, (you know who you are! big ♥ to all of you!) and actually buy my clothes. You have no idea how happy and loved you made me feel, so thank you thank you thank you! For those who cared enough to "like" my page, leave wall posts and comments, thank for the support as well! :)

In my short 2 weeks of business, I have faced disappointment so many times. Every time I see a new email in the inbox, my heart beats faster and I get very excited for a little while. Many of them send emails to me just to ask questions that they already know the answers to, but I still try reply them as sincerely and friendly as I can. But after that, they go missing and I never hear back from them again.

It's disappointing because they sent me a glimmer of hope along with that email just to take it all back again when they don't respond. What's the whole point of even sending that email in the first place then? I'm not angry or anything, I just feel like me and my replies mean so little to them they couldn't even be bothered replying. Which always makes me feel kinda sad :(

One of them is actually a blogshop owner who says she is interested in getting something, asked for more pictures, said she will be getting it, then after that no reply at all! Wtf man she should have known better. Previously when I wanted to buy something from her, her reply was damn fast man, but now? Why the double standards huh? Does it give you the right to behave differently now that you're a buyer?

Haih. Dunwan say anymore later kena kutuk by customer wtf.

So, anyway I would also like to thank my dearest model/sister Celestine Chan for helping me model the clothes even when I know she hates doing it! LOL. All the time and poses are worth it because the pics turned out great thanks to me Photoshop her! Also thanks to Alex who's been there for me since Day 1 and was actually the driving force (coz he forced me to wtf) behind Chic Chick, so thank you baby! Haha. Oh! And I will be doing an update again at the end of the week with some basic skirts and dresses that are extremely comfly and versatile, so stay tuned!
